Compassionate Inquiry
A revolutionary body-based psychotherapeutic approach that heals deep emotional patterns through curiosity, presence, and compassion.
Compassionate Inquiry was developed by renown trauma and addiction expert Dr. Gabor Maté.
Once, I had the opportunity to asked him about the relationship between authenticity and compassion — do they always go hand in hand?
He told me “Saying what you think is authentic, but there’s more to authenticity than saying what we think. Authenticity is when we are connected to our true selves.”
When we are connected with our true authentic self (our essence). There’s calmness in our bodies. There’s peace. There’s capacity to take responsibility for our reactivity. And from that essence, our authentic power and compassion flows naturally.
How we will work together
There many people who “know about themselves.” But they don’t “know themselves.” For that, we need a deep connection with our bodies.
As a Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, I’m here to help you get to the root of your most complex, painful, or even destructive behaviors.
With gentleness and curiosity, we’ll dive into the body to release unprocessed emotions from both your own history and your ancestral inheritance.
I invite you to listen to the profound wisdom of your body and discover that healing, compassion, and wholeness are available to anyone open to exploring.
How do we start? We’ll begin with an introductory call to connect and get to know each other. If we decide to work together, we’ll discuss session frequency, scheduling, and payment. I offer a sliding scale based on individual needs.
Verónica is a brilliantly intuitive guide who seamlessly interweaves numerous modalities. It is that much more effective than other forms of coaching I have witnessed. Rather than simple talk therapy, Verónica helped me go deeper, gain new levels of awareness and insights, and fuse these not just with my mind but with my body, as well. Her ability to guide me to more subconscious states has been incredibly powerful and I am so so grateful for everything she has helped me through.
